I say that I’m on the “I’m living till I’m 100” plan.  That means that I need to be motivated and focused on living a healthy lifestyle so that those years are full of quality… and that’s what I want for you too!

ABOUT SARAH HAMILTON

One of my biggest joys and most rewarding experiences is watching people of all ages become the best versions of themselves as they get fit in all areas of life and become who they were created to be. I consider it an honor to be a part of that journey! 

My lifelong love for health and fitness began many years ago when I earned a degree from the University of Texas at Austin. I experienced the benefits of being healthy and fit firsthand when I noticed that the exercise and sports classes I took made me feel empowered and strong, and I gained self confidence and self esteem.  Honestly, I lit up! Today, I love watching others light up as I help them discover their self confidence, self esteem and feel empowered and alive!

What I do for Fun :

I enjoy travel, water-sports such as boating, wake surfing, and water skiing, hiking, dancing, good food, going to the movies, reading, and walking the trail— which I still call, Town Lake! (if you know Austin, then you’ll know what I’m talking about!) I consider myself the luckiest girl in the world to be able to do those things with my daughters and my friends! 

Why I became a Certified Health and Life Coach :

I get questions, a wide range of questions, regarding health, fitness and life in general. I can see that people truly want and need to know how to take care of their health; to move away from where they are now and get closer to where they want to be.   There is so much information at our fingertips now and that can be overwhelming and confusing which makes it difficult to know where to start. That’s where I come in! As a Health and Life Coach, I offer a program that includes education, strategies,  support, and accountability and is a proven system to help people reach their goals. That is exciting!

Another reason that I became a certified Health and Life Coach is a very personal one. Unfortunately, I watched both of my parents lose their health in very short periods of time after receiving shocking diagnoses. First, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and lost her life with in 3 months. Then, my father was diagnosed with progressive dementia and I watched his life disappear as his brain deteriorated very rapidly. Those experiences were devastating and I decided at that time that I would spend the rest of my life helping other people be as healthy and fit as possible so that they can live long, healthy, active, quality filled lives. Doing that truly brings me joy!
